The portal uses EU login accounts, which can be created by each user following the instructions below.

Setting up EU login for CIRAS

Please follow these steps:

  1. Creating an EU login account, if you don't have one already
    If you do not have an account, create one at https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/cas/
    If you have a local account in CIRAS and are now creating an EU Login account, it is advisable to use the same email address for the new account
    When there is a change in your account information, visit https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/cas/ to update your information.
  2. Log into CIRAS and choose the EU Login account option. You might see a message that you do not have rights.
    An email has been sent to the portal administrators.
  3. One working day later, log into CIRAS again and confirm that you can access the relevant pages. If you encounter any problems, please contact ENISA
